Job summary

Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) is looking for a Software Development Engineer to build education-focused product experiences across Autodesk platforms. You will own from concept to launch, shaping backend services, integrations, automation, and user-facing features in a startup-like team within Autodesk.

Responsibilities include implementing APIs and product infrastructure for education features, moving prototypes to production quickly, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack experience with JavaScript and React/Next.js.
• Experience with containerization and version control (Docker, Git).

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality backend and frontend code for education-focused features.
• Collaborate across product, design, and research teams to ship features.
• Integrate ML/AI solutions with the product stack.
• Develop plugins/SDKs for CAD platforms and ensure reliable deployments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and system observability.
