Michael Page is recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist to lead employee relations activity for a major academy transfer in Birmingham. You will provide expert advice on TUPE, organisational change and employment law, and manage risk and complex ER casework in a growing Academy Trust.

This role requires strong trade union relationships and a track record of guiding schools through post-transfer integration and change programmes, with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience and

Formación

• Significant Employee Relations experience.
• Proven experience leading TUPE transfers and organisational change programmes.
• Strong trade union engagement and consultation experience.
• Excellent employment law knowledge.
• Previous experience within Education, Academy Trusts or the wider education sector.
