Caterlink is seeking an enthusiastic Catering Manager to join our Torquay team on a part-time basis, with no weekend shifts. You will prepare, cook and present meals to high standards, ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance, and manage daily site operations.

You will supervise teams, monitor budgets and inventories, develop staff through training, and maintain excellent client relationships, reporting to the line manager and driving service improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to professional standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations and environmental legislation.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budget monitoring.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink standards; ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage day-to-day location operations; supervise teams, monitor budgets and inventories, drive efficiency.
• Serve as primary client contact; maintain regular communication on adjustments and service enhancements.
• Support and train team members; monitor KPIs and performance; uphold inclusive workplace standards.
