Caterlink is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Catering Manager to join our team in Gloucester. This full-time role focuses on delivering nutritionally balanced, high-quality food and exceptional service to our clients and their customers, with no weekend commitments.

You will lead daily operations, supervise teams, manage inventories and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to professional standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations and environmental legislation.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budget monitoring.
• Supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, induction, and performance management.
• Knowledge of catering operations in educational settings (desirable).
• Nutritional standards and balanced meal planning knowledge (desirable).
• Experience implementing process improvements and innovations (desirable).

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food meeting Caterlink standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, supervise teams, manage inventories and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client contact; communicate KPI and financial targets to your line manager.
• Support, train and develop team members; conduct inductions and performance reviews.
• Analyse operational data to drive improvements in service delivery and team performance.
• Foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
