Job summary

Supporting Education Group is seeking a dynamic salesperson to drive Thrive’s Apprenticeships pipeline to schools and education settings. You will work closely with Marketing, Bookings, Regional and Apprenticeships teams to qualify leads, engage decision-makers and close deals that bring Thrive’s methods into more classrooms.

You will plan your time to maximise opportunities, including 2–3 days in the Exeter office and the rest from home, with a strong emphasis on pipeline management and revenue

• Experience building and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Sell Thrive's Apprenticeships-focused products to schools via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; maintain excellent customer care.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BD to convert campaign leads into learners.
• Support larger opportunities with Regional Development Managers and multi-site settings.
• Maintain CRM records and report on sales performance.
