Job summary

3Spirit Training is a well-established national training provider serving the Care and Education sectors. We’re seeking two Sales Apprentices in Birmingham to start a career in sales while helping young people secure apprenticeship opportunities.

You will build relationships with Care and Early Years organisations, generate new opportunities, and progress toward a Partnership Manager role after successful completion of the first year and your apprenticeship. The role is hybrid.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and potential.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building on the phone.
• Motivated to hit targets and succeed.
• Willing to learn and grow with apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact Care and Early Years organisations to generate new apprenticeship sales.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of employer partners.
• Help young people secure apprenticeship placements.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Complete the Sales apprenticeship alongside the role.
