Job summary

Realise Recruitment is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to grow our training and apprenticeships portfolio with UK businesses. You will target employers, pitch funded modern apprenticeships, and secure new accounts.

The role combines internal account management with some external client meetings, offering strong earning potential through a high OTE alongside a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Track record of generating new employer customers.
• Familiarity with training or apprenticeship sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new employer customers through warm and cold calling and pitching.
• Sell accredited corporate training courses and/or apprenticeships to companies.
• Manage accounts and develop relationships with existing clients; some external client meetings.
• Grow account base and evolve toward senior account management over time.
