Job summary

Thrive Approach is recruiting a Business Development Executive for Exeter to drive Apprenticeship sales across schools and education settings. You will identify prospects, engage decision-makers and close deals that expand Thrive’s impact in classrooms.

You will work closely with Marketing, Bookings and regional teams to optimize pipeline and revenue growth. The role involves a high-energy, target-driven environment with a mix of office and home-based work, requiring 2–3 days in the Exeter

Responsibilities

• Sell Thrive’s products and services to schools and education settings, focusing on Apprenticeships.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with strong customer care.
• Build a healthy pipeline and convert leads into new learners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and regional teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Maintain CRM records and report on sales performance.
