An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to join the Healthcare Assistants (HCA) education and development team in North Wales to provide full-time 37.5 hours per week admin and clerical support. The role involves working Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.
The successful applicant will be based in either Traeth Lafan or Bron Afon, Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan. However, the teams are based across North Wales. The post holder will provide cover arrangements for admin support across the HCA education team in North Wales.
We are seeking individuals with a range of computer skills; experience of diary management and working in an educational remit would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to working arrangements, be highly organized, and able to prioritize a busy and varied workload.
Experience working within an educational team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and good IT and database skills are desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
