Digital Waffle is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of schools and education partners from a hybrid base in Alderley Edge. You will lead onboarding, calls and presentations, driving excellent service and strong client relationships.

If you have account management or customer success experience and are comfortable presenting to teachers and stakeholders, this role offers progression, private healthcare and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in account management, customer success or client services.
• Teaching background welcomed for transitions to schools.
• Strong presentation and calling skills with schools.
• Highly organised with excellent relationship-building.
• KPI-driven with commercial awareness.
• Proactive and keen to develop your career.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Lead onboarding, customer calls and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
