Job summary

Howden Cheltenham is seeking an Account Executive to manage and renew a portfolio of Education sector partners, including tour operators, language schools and independent schools. You will deliver an exceptional service and occasionally visit clients in person.

You will establish renewal strategies, present data, and maintain relationships while working with internal stakeholders to ensure success. This full-time role is based in Cheltenham with on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Cert CII is desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and renew a portfolio of accounts with existing partners.
• Negotiate renewal rates and terms using suitable distribution methods.
• Maintain ongoing contact to build positive relationships.
• Aim to exceed annual targets.
• Ensure AR partners distribute products compliantly within AR framework.
• Travel to partner meetings and attend client events.
• Manage own diary and book appointments.
