Job summary

Howden is seeking an Account Executive to support Student Group Contents Insurance via partnerships in the Education sector, with a focus on student accommodation. You will manage relationships with B2B partners, coordinate with service providers, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage your diary, attend partner meetings and events, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong diary management and organisational abilities are required.
• Experience in education or student accommodation is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing account management and renewal for existing portfolio.
• Manage relationships with key decision makers within partnerships.
• Exceed annual targets and deliverables as defined by the business plan.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Manage own diary, book appointments and coordinate meetings and events.
