Be-IT Ltd in Edinburgh seeks a Founding Managing Director to build the UK business from day one. You will set the commercial direction, win first customers and partnerships, and hire the early team while reporting to the Chairman.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building early-stage B2B revenue from standing start.
• Strong experience selling to banks, fintechs or large enterprises.
• Willingness to lead, hire and shape a new UK operation.

Responsibilities

• Own UK commercial strategy and build a live sales pipeline.
• Win business with banks, fintechs and enterprises through consultative deals.
• Land pilots and partnerships for the SME platform and expand traction.
• Secure strategic partnerships and recruit a local team.
• Represent the company to boards, investors and clients.
