HR Advisor - Manufacturing (Employee Relations)

Are you an experienced HR professional specialising in employee relations who loves the fast-paced nature of the manufacturing world?

We are partnering with a manufacturing client in Northampton seeking an experienced HR Advisor to primarily handle employee relations cases across the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling employee relations cases, including complex disciplinaries and grievances, independently and resolving them effectively.
2. Managing the absence management process and collaborating with occupational health.
3. Supporting managers with various ER cases, including appeals and hearings.
4. Leading training sessions for management on legislative changes.
5. Proactively working with stakeholders to implement best practices in employee relations.
6. Using HR systems to produce and manage KPIs and generate reports for meetings.

This role is based onsite in Northampton, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with some flexibility.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment and become a specialist in employee relations, managing a diverse range of cases daily.

Candidates should hold CIPD or equivalent qualifications, with expertise in UK employment law and a commitment to staying updated on legislation changes.
