We are partnering with a manufacturing client in Northampton seeking an experienced HR Advisor to primarily handle employee relations cases across the organisation.

This role is based onsite in Northampton, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with some flexibility.

Candidates should hold CIPD or equivalent qualifications, with expertise in UK employment law and a commitment to staying updated on legislation changes.
