Responsibilities
  1. Manage your own diary to generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily new business activities.
  2. Make outbound calls to achieve sales opportunities with business owners and directors, promoting the company's services.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create quarterly plans to maximize sales.
  4. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  5. Build, manage, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional B2B or B2C sales.
  • Driven in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to reach and surpass targets.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, intelligent, and articulate.
  • Good business sense.
Additional Benefits
