You will receive some of the best telemarketing training to help you maximize your input!

Responsibilities:

We are looking for serious-minded individuals to recognize this exciting opportunity and leverage their sales skills. This primarily includes making around 100 (minimum) telesales calls per day and networking on social media platforms (optional) like LINKEDIN!

You will be given your own exclusive data to build your pipeline and will receive repeat commissions for the longevity of your sale, as our clients appreciate the pricing and simplicity of our LMS (Learning Management System) training platform, leading to expected annual remuneration increases!

This is a Self-Employed independent contractor COMMISSION ONLY role. No previous experience in the 'training' sector is required, but a minimum of 2 years' previous telesales experience is necessary for applicants.

You should be trustworthy, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic, ideally able to 'hit the ground running' as minimal training is required. Our services are more consultative rather than being a ‘hard-sale’!

A good understanding of a typical sales cycle is desirable. You MUST be comfortable and polite during phone calls, and be IT literate, as you will initially work from Excel spreadsheets and may use Microsoft email.

You should have a home office set up in a quiet environment, complete with a good internet connection and USB headphones for VoIP calls, and access to a modern laptop!

You will also be expected to assist with other administrative tasks to help provide customers with first-class support.

Qualifications:

• At least two years' experience in a telesales environment
• Excellent command of the English language
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Ability to support yourself financially until commissions are achieved
• Permanent residency in the U.K. is required
