Job description

Fireblocks is the market leader in digital asset infrastructure, handling 15% of global crypto transaction volume. With 2,000+ institutional clients and over $6T in digital asset transfers, they provide ultra-secure, enterprise-grade tools for storing, transferring, and issuing digital assets.

Clients include major players like BNY Mellon, Revolut, BNP Paribas, and ANZ Bank.

This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on payments clients across EMEA. You’ll drive revenue growth, set the payments sales strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams (BDRs, Sales Engineers, Product) to dominate the blockchain payments market.

  • Own and execute sales strategy for the Payments vertical across EMEA
  • Prospect and build relationships with payment platforms, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs, etc.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead territory planning, account strategy, and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with BDRs, GTM teams, and tech/product counterparts
Ideal Qualifications
  • Strong domain expertise in the EMEA payments space
  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, cybersecurity, or blockchain
  • Demonstrated success in hunting, closing, and scaling complex, high-value deals
  • Experience with co-selling alongside technology or channel partners
  • Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a bonus
Preferred but not required: Background in selling to regulated financial institutions, PSPs, or crypto-native payment businesses.
