Job description

The Coordinator, Administrative is responsible for managing front desk operations, distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This role involves coordinating with different departments, organizing events, and maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mail Distribution: Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail, including daily pickups and deliveries.
  2. Office Supplies Management: Keep office supplies stocked in the mail room and order all necessary supplies for office staff.
  3. Invoice Approval: Approve invoices using company systems.
  4. Expense Reports: Prepare expense reports for leadership.
  5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate employee engagement events such as meals, retirements, and special events. This includes planning meetings, meals, snacks, etc., as requested.
  6. Travel Arrangements: Book travel for leadership as requested.
  7. Additional responsibilities as necessary.
