The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication among stakeholders. You'll be responsible for maintaining documentation workflows and facilitating collaboration within the team.

A pivotal aspect of the commissioning of our live data centre projects is the collation and organisation of all technical documentation. The role will require dedicated collection of all technical documentation as part of the testing, commissioning and handover phase. Ensure accuracy, distribution, compliance, version control, confidentiality and maintenance of documentation for retrieval.
The role will require you to work as a collaborative member of the team – facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice to the wider team, clients and other project stakeholders. Maintain responsibility for your own performance, and continually develop skills and knowledge. Assist as required with general administration, and drive improvements within the document control scope.
