Job description

As the Payroll Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the payroll function across multiple countries worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Payroll Team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
• Process payroll for multiple countries according to designated instructions and procedures.
• Validate data exchanged with our Payroll Services Partner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile payments made to third parties and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle employee queries via the Case Management system and escalate as needed.
• Address general ledger queries with finance partners.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and SOPs at all times.
• Support special projects as required.

Requirements for the Role:

• Understanding of basic payroll calculations and operations.
• Practical experience managing payrolls in the EMEA region.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and payroll platforms (CloudPay) is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a global team.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.
