At GoDaddy, the future of work varies by team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (remote some days, in-office some days); and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll work from home. Occasional visits to a GoDaddy office may be required for meetings or events.

What you'll get to do...

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, our Recruiters manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including developing strategies, collaborating with hiring leaders, building connections internally and externally, representing our brand, nurturing candidates, and ensuring a positive experience.

You will play a key role in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, providing expertise and advice to hiring managers. You will also contribute insights on TA processes, marketplace trends, job offers, negotiations, and closing candidates. Serving as a TA subject matter expert, you'll guide hiring managers and stakeholders.

Success in this role requires proactivity, resilience, effective communication, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Use various strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  3. Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs, provide updates, and collaborate on recruitment strategies.
  4. Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and assess cultural fit based on GoDaddy's values and skills.
Your experience should include...
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
  • Proven success in recruiting across technical and corporate roles, including sourcing passive talent.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends with effective technical assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria markets.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across regions.
