What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with our external payroll provider to deliver accurate monthly payroll services.
  • Processing pension and benefit changes, preparing payroll reports, and validating payroll data.
  • Managing the payroll inbox and responding to employee queries.
  • Supporting the Finance team with bonus administration.
  • Monitoring compliance with National Minimum Wage (NMW) and Real Living Wage (RLW) regulations.
  • Maintaining data integrity across payroll systems and HRIS (Cezanne).
  • Ensuring the security and protection of payroll data at all times.
  • Work alongside our benefits provider to ensure data is accurately maintained and reported in a timely manner including monthly changes to benefit selections.
  • Coordinating benefit selections and inductions for new starters.

People Administration

  • Managing smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with line managers and Group Operations teams.
  • Drafting employment contracts and letters.
  • Conducting inductions for new starters both virtually and in person.
  • Managing the People Queries inbox and assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • Updating holiday entitlements and identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes to provide a better employee experience.

Reporting

  • Preparing monthly and ad hoc reports on key people metrics such as turnover, absence, and FTE.

About You:

What we are ideally looking for:

  • Previous experience in a People administration role working with an external managed payroll provider.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with Cezanne would be a plus).
