Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a patient experience tracker in the Emergency Department at Wythenshawe Hospital. The role supports clinicians to improve patient flow and care quality.

You will work with ED and UTC teams to monitor patient progression, liaise on capacity changes, and contribute to a culture focused on patient experience and safety. Training and development pathways are available within the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Tracking patients from entry in ED to discharge or onward referral.
• Liaising with Medical, Nursing and Managerial colleagues to monitor capacity and patient flow.
