You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and support flexible working, contributing to national and local targets.

Formación

• Essential: NMC first level registration.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development since qualification.
• ALS is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ED patients and areas during shifts and staff allocation.
• Support Nurse in Charge to ensure quality patient care and patient flow.
• Implement escalation policy and monitor department throughput.
• Support Lead Nurses and Matron in service development and care quality.
