• Provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced ED.
• Undertake the role of Shift Coordinator/Nurse in Charge.
• Ensure safe staffing, skill mix and escalation with staff deployment.
• Support service delivery, staff development and patient experience.
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement.
