Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for a fast-growing consumer goods business. You will oversee ecommerce fulfilment, warehouse activities and dispatch at a third-party site, ensuring stock accuracy and timely order processing.

You will collaborate with couriers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels and drive process improvements. The role is hands-on, independent and fast-paced.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Ecommerce Fulfilment or a similar role.
• Hands-on in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication to represent the business with customers and partners.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience with ecommerce fulfilment, FMCG or D2C is advantageous.
• Understanding of inventory and logistics KPIs such as OTIF and stock accuracy.
• Proactive and willing to roll up sleeves and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch of D2C and website orders.
• Hands-on role across warehouse activities, inventory control and logistics.
• Collaborate with third-party operator, couriers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and identify process improvements.
