Job summary

Joma Jewellery is recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to own the digital trading strategy and commercial performance. You will shape how the brand trades online, drive revenue, and optimise the customer journey with data-driven actions.

The role sits in Banbury with 3 days on-site and two days working from home. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative and UX to deliver targeted campaigns, launches and gifting moments, ensuring accuracy and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ecommerce trading in a product-led retail business.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue, conversion and margin.
• Experience with onsite merchandising, user journeys and digital trading.
• Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 and ContentSquare to diagnose performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading performance of the Joma Jewellery website.
• Deliver revenue, conversion, AOV and product performance targets.
• Lead weekly trade reporting and translate results into actions.
• Build and manage the ecommerce trading calendar across launches, campaigns and gifting moments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative and UX to prioritise commercial priorities.
