Job summary

Le Creuset, based in Andover, UK, is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive online sales, conversion, and profitability across direct-to-consumer sites. You will lead regional trading calendar planning and work with Digital Marketing, Category Merchandising and Digital Operations to optimise revenue and customer engagement.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Ecommerce Europe and collaborate with a trading associate to deliver growth, optimise site performance, and ensure a premium

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in ecommerce or digital trading.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through conversion and AOV.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Magento.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRO tools and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading performance for ecommerce to hit monthly budget targets.
• Optimize local websites to drive profitable revenue with focus on conversion, AOV and margins.
• Build yearly revenue ambitions using structured commercial building blocks.
• Execute regional promotion and trading calendar aligned with local priorities.
• Establish regular trade governance with weekly and monthly trading insights.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Category Merchandising to forecast sell-through and opportunities.
• Oversee digital site merchandising and product launches.
• Enhance onsite product discovery via search, filters, navigation, and landing pages.
• Partner with digital marketing to align acquisition channels with onsite activation to improve conversion.
• Champion continuous improvement using Google Analytics, Power BI and Content Square.
• Collaborate with Head of Commercial Ecommerce and local data to improve functionality.
• Coordinate with Ecommerce Operations to drive site health and user satisfaction.
• Brief localized content assets to guide digital assets and onsite merchandising.
