Helen & Douglas House seeks an Ecommerce & Trading Assistant to support its growing charity retail operation in Oxford. This hands-on role covers product sourcing, listing on platforms, stock preparation, and coordinating with logistics and shop teams to ensure a smooth online customer experience.
You will work with the commercial team, write accurate product descriptions, handle basic photography, and help maintain stock records.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Trading Assistant to support our growing commercial retail operation. You’ll be involved in everything from sourcing new goods/bought in goods and preparing stock to coordinating with our logistics & shop teams and ensuring our online customers receive a smooth and positive shopping experience, on ecommerce platforms like eBay.
