Helen & Douglas House in Windsor is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant for a permanent, part-time role in our charity shop. You’ll help create a welcoming boutique-style experience and support daily shop operations, including cashiering and donations.
Hours are 15 hours per week across two days within a 7‑day trading week (including some weekends). Salary is £12.71 per hour. Closing date: 16 September 2026 at 12 noon.
We’re excited to be recruiting for a new Sales Assistant role at our Windsor shop, on a permanent, part-time basis.
You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of the shop, helping to create a warm, boutique shopping experience while supporting the team to keep things running smoothly. A friendly, customer-focused approach is important in this role. Previous experience in hospitality, high street retail or charity retail is desirable, but full training will be provided.
The Windsor shop is open 7 days a week and the role will require some weekends on a rota basis (It could be the ideal role for somebody specifically looking for weekend work).
