We are looking for an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the OFFICE team at our Shoreditch Head Office. This role is a key position within the team, responsible for uploading world-class products. It presents a fantastic opportunity for someone beginning their career in ecommerce, especially within a growing business.

Ideal Candidate: Someone interested in fashion, particularly shoe brands, with a keen eye for detail, an interest in descriptive writing, and a willingness to develop reporting skills.

What We Are Offering You

• Ownership of the approval process across all websites (OFFICE & OFFSPRING), ensuring product information is accurate and styles go live as per business expectations.
• Ensuring each product has correct indicators, labels, patterns, images, badges, and attributes.
• Managing categorisation across all websites, ensuring styles are correctly categorized.
• Assisting in timely execution of special launches using the online launch process.
• Writing engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly product descriptions, utilizing buyer’s critical paths and brand information.
• Running reports such as Unapproved Product reports, Competitor Reports, Product Sales Reports, and other ad-hoc reports.
• Serving as the main contact for B&M and Customer Service requests.
• Coordinating with the Photography Team for online image requests.
• Performing administrative duties like setting up new brands, updating brand assets, and homepage updates.
• Supporting the website merchandising team with on-site visual merchandising and product visibility optimization.
• Assisting with SEO tasks across product categories and brands.
