Online Trading Assistant - 9 Month FTC

Are you passionate about providing an exceptional online experience? If you love diving into data and details and are passionate about our must-have leggings, this role is for you. We seek someone eager to create an outstanding online customer experience and always look for ways to drive product conversion.

Your rebellious spirit means you love change and seek to improve, but as a team player, building relationships across the business is essential. You'll be part of a fun, dedicated Ecommerce team of 14, our online champions, who are key to the future of Team SB — first to login and last on the dancefloor!

Your SB journey:

• Supporting the ecommerce trading team with daily trading and content management of SweatyBetty.com
• Preparing sites for sales, seasonal campaigns, and personalized experiences to ensure seamless customer journeys, in partnership with performance marketing
• Managing and creating content assets using the website's content management system, including homepage updates and content spots
• Merchandising product list pages effectively, using Salesforce sorting rules, and optimizing for seasonal/regional nuances and emails
• Setting up onsite promotional tactics including coupon codes and promotions, testing the user experience to resolve issues before launch
• Using Google Analytics and Content Square to optimize content and landing pages, supporting weekly reporting
• Collaborating with stakeholders for regular QA checks to ensure a flawless online experience

The Must Haves

• An analytical, questioning mentality, with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics/Optimize, and Amplience is beneficial
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proactive, positive problem solver, ideas-driven, results-focused, with initiative
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships across departments, especially Ecommerce, Marketing, and Planning
