Job Title: Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you play a vital role in the Business Sales Cycle by supporting the sales team with accurate, timely proposals and detailed feedback relevant to each bid.

You will be trusted to provide advice, demonstrate good judgment, and bring enthusiasm and expertise to QQFS’s work. Your responsibilities include preparing bids, establishing feasibility, ensuring competitive pricing, and meeting timescales to support client needs effectively.

You will also have opportunities to develop existing accounts through regular client contact and act as an ambassador for QQFS, demonstrating initiative and proactivity in account growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage allocated bids, respond promptly, and log them properly in the MR system.
  • Understand and follow the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, and seek advice from the fieldwork team for market specifics to ensure accurate bids.
  • Provide accurate bid proposals within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure all sold projects are feasible, including the identification of necessary partners.
  • Identify appropriate communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Understand and respond to client challenges and objectives.
  • Follow up on bids, record outcomes, and discuss strategic changes with the Managing Director if needed.
  • Prepare client contracts based on templates and review client commissioning documents for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to support financial goals, targeting revenue and profit per quarter.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and timeline until project start.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure client needs are understood and met, ensuring excellent service.
  • Review current processes and suggest improvements to the Managing Director.
  • Capture and develop best elements of bids for future use on the Wiki page.

Demonstrate the ability to find innovative and relevant solutions beyond the obvious, supporting QQFS’s competitive edge.
