As a Sales Assistant, you play a vital role in the Business Sales Cycle by supporting the sales team with accurate, timely proposals and detailed feedback relevant to each bid.
You will be trusted to provide advice, demonstrate good judgment, and bring enthusiasm and expertise to QQFS’s work. Your responsibilities include preparing bids, establishing feasibility, ensuring competitive pricing, and meeting timescales to support client needs effectively.
You will also have opportunities to develop existing accounts through regular client contact and act as an ambassador for QQFS, demonstrating initiative and proactivity in account growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The Sales Assistant coordinates effectively across departments, providing accurate briefings and ensuring information availability. They should exercise judgment to seek guidance when necessary and contribute to a vibrant, supportive business development culture.
Anticipate and manage potential problems proactively, working with the fieldwork team to align client expectations and deliver optimal outcomes.
