Job summary

Procter & Gamble in the United Kingdom seeks an eCommerce Leader to own and evolve the digital commerce and data ecosystems powering our Nature's Best and Lamberts brands. You will drive DTC growth, enhance customer experiences, and leverage consumer data to inform strategy and decision-making.

You will lead a small team, partner with Brand, Supply Chain, and Marketing, manage budgets and vendors, and champion data privacy and IT security while delivering measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in a quantitative field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams, external partners, and agency relationships.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for technology, digital commerce, and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, operation, and optimization of the Nature's Best and Lamberts DTC and CRM technology ecosystem to drive growth.
• Own the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap to deliver commercial objectives including net sales growth.
• Manage technology budget, agencies, and vendor partnerships to improve UX, SEO, and site effectiveness.
• Lead digital activation initiatives and ensure reliable operation of the ecosystem through continuous improvement.
