Job summary

Cytoplan Limited is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery and continual improvement of our ecommerce platforms, focusing on business process mapping and hands-on testing. You will document how processes work, translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, and own end-to-end process maps as systems evolve.

Qualifications

Experience as a Technical BA or similar in ecommerce or transactional environment.
Strong process-mapping skills with end-to-end documentation.
Ability to turn business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Hands-on testing across functional, integration and regression testing.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, APIs and data flows (Postman helpful).

Responsibilities

Understand ecommerce needs and document functional/technical requirements.
Create and maintain end-to-end process maps (as-is and to-be).
Conduct functional, integration, end-to-end and regression testing on new ecommerce features.
Test customer journeys (accounts, products, basket, checkout, payments, promotions, subscriptions, orders).
Support API testing and data validation with integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes are tested and go-live readiness.
