Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven BA experience in digital transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery, user stories and process mapping.
- Desirable experience with system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions.
- Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses.
- Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams.
- Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities.
