Job summary

TBCo in Edinburgh is seeking an Ecommerce Systems & Integrations Co-ordinator to cover maternity leave for 12 months, with potential to become permanent. The role blends systems management, IT support and office operations to keep our growing business running smoothly.

You will manage core business systems, monitor integrations, support onboarding and aid facilities, health and safety, and coordinate with external providers. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, systems administration and IT support role, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
• Confidence managing business systems, user accounts, access permissions and technical troubleshooting.
• An understanding of system integrations, automations and the importance of keeping business systems running reliably.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Maintaining and improving internal systems and supporting business operations.
• Coordinating onboarding for new starters, including systems and operational requirements.
