Job summary

Boodles in London is seeking a skilled CRM Systems & Integration Specialist for a maternity cover role. You will bridge data architecture and growth, owning the CRM ecosystem, managing integrations, and enabling a seamless omnichannel experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Digital, and Marketing to deliver clean, segmented, automated data that powers campaigns and pipeline visibility. The role emphasises building scalable systems, real-time insights, and GDPR-compliant data governance,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM retail operations, POS, marketing technology, dashboard creation and/or systems administration.
• High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL; HTML/CSS knowledge helpful for email troubleshooting.
• Experience with advanced CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Sage, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Power BI, Shopify).
• Proven track record of data migrations or complex system audits.
• Architect mindset: build scalable, future‑proof CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical configuration of the CRM, including custom platforms, advanced workflows, and API integrations.
• Ensure omnichannel data flow across touchpoints to provide a 360-degree customer view.
• Define data hygiene rules, lead scoring logic, and automated cleansing processes.
• Build dashboards and automation to help sales prioritise the right leads in real time.
• Set up complex audience segmentation and lifecycle triggers for campaigns; ensure syncing with master data.
• Troubleshoot system bugs, cross‑platform sync issues, and tracking errors.
• Guard GDPR/privacy compliance and data governance across the CRM ecosystem.
• Create reporting structures to show ROI across channels for senior leaders.
