Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting a Merchandiser for ecommerce/trading based in London on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will own the UK ecommerce trading plan, merchandise planning and stock strategy for the brand.

The role requires 8+ years in merchandising/trading (ecommerce/omnichannel preferred), strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. Salary up to £45,000 (DOE).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Merchandising/Trading (ecom/omnichannel ideal).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Confident working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce trade plan (sales, margin & stock targets).
• Manage OTB, pricing, assortment and NOS strategy.
• Drive in-season trading, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing on ROI and trading priorities.
• Lead stock, promos and markdown strategy (incl. Black Friday & Christmas).
