Job summary

James Newbury Appointments Limited is seeking a Customer Sales & Product Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover in Chesterfield. The role involves handling webshop enquiries, supporting customers, and coordinating with training teams.

You will manage orders, liaise with clients, and maintain CRM data in SAP and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong IT and communication skills, details orientation, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce desirable; full training provided.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship building.
• Accurate, detail oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and develop skills.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Minimum 1 year in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales and transactions in SAP/Salesforce.
• Process orders from Shopify into Salesforce and SAP (administrative).
• Engage with clients, understand needs and advise on products and training.
• Make and take calls to clients, meet KPIs and maintain professional conduct.
• Support online ecommerce channel and process payments/invoices in system.
• Perform administrative duties and assist events/exhibitions team as needed.
