Retail Human Resources plc in Central London is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Optimisation Manager to lead online performance for a fashion and lifestyle retailer on a temporary basis, with potential for permanent employment. The role requires immediate availability and a sharp commercially minded approach.

You will implement optimisation strategies, manage A/B testing and personalisation, analyse user behaviour, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital improvements that support

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ecommerce optimisation, digital trading, CRO or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, personalisation and ecommerce analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and website optimisation tools.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a commercially focused approach.
• Must be immediately available to start work and not currently serving a notice period.

Responsabilités

• Implement ecommerce optimisation strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing and personalisation initiatives to enhance the online customer journey.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
