Job summary

An ecommerce-led fashion retailer seeks an Ecommerce Optimisation Specialist to shape and improve its online customer experience. You will lead optimisation and personalisation across web and app, plan and evaluate A/B tests and use customer behaviour data to identify opportunities, aiming to boost conversion, engagement and online sales.

You will work closely with ecommerce, CRM, marketing, design and development teams to turn insight into measurable improvements, improve search, merchandising

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce trading or conversion-rate optimisation (CRO).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and personalisation.
Able to work with analytics and optimization tools to drive insights.
Comfortable with CMS platforms, ecommerce merchandising and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

Lead optimisation and personalisation initiatives across web and app.
Plan and evaluate A/B tests and use customer behaviour data to identify opportunities.
