Job summary

Dowsing & Reynolds, a design-led ecommerce business, seeks an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support day-to-day website maintenance and data handling across WooCommerce and Shopify. You will work with the CX and UX team to improve product content, optimise landing pages and ensure accurate, commercially effective sites.

You will collaborate with the Product team and Head of Customer Experience to implement ecommerce improvements and support AI-assisted workflows for efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce and managing updates/plugins.
• Strong HTML/CSS/PHP knowledge for quick adjustments.
• Comfortable troubleshooting across ecommerce systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website updates in WooCommerce.
• Run WooCommerce updates and assist plugin management.
• Support basic WooCommerce custom functionality and configuration.
• Assist with website QA and issue resolution.
• Work with ecommerce tools and platforms including Klevu and Klaviyo.
• Maintain accurate product data, attributes and filtering.
• Assist data analysis, reporting and data mining.
• Perform basic SEO housekeeping and technical tasks from agency sheets.
• Identify UX and customer journey improvements.
• Support AI-assisted workflows and operational efficiencies.
• Upload imagery and product content; maintain pages and categories.
