Job summary

Funko is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant in London to provide admin and analytical support to the Ecommerce DTC Merchandising team. You will help ensure accurate product data, stock management and smooth day-to-day trading, working with Merchandising and cross-functional teams on launches, sales reporting and availability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail, ecommerce or merchandising environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, assortment, sales, stock and intake data across systems and reporting tools for launches and weekly trade.
• Monitor product performance, stock levels and availability; flag risks and opportunities to Merchandising.
• Support tracking of inventory intake and deliveries; ensure dates and quantities are accurate.
• Assist with planning of pre-orders and pre-sales; track stock commitments and performance.
• Support promotional and markdown activity; ensure pricing and product info are up to date.
• Assist with ad hoc sales, stock, sell-through and product performance analysis.
• Support preparation of weekly trade meetings, range reviews and other merchandising meetings.
• Collaborate with Planning, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to support availability and key trading activity.
• Provide day-to-day admin support and contribute to reporting/process improvements.
