Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking an ambitious E-commerce Marketplace & Pureplay National Account Manager to drive growth across digital marketplaces and pureplay platforms (excluding Amazon). This field-based role requires shaping strategy, building new routes to market and scaling partners, with strong cross-functional collaboration across eCommerce, sales and marketing.

You will own the P&L for key partners, optimize assortment, pricing and promotions, and translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, eCommerce or marketplace roles with track record of growing online customers as NAM/KAM or similar
• Build-and-grow mindset with strong commercial acumen and data usage to drive action
• Strong relationship builder, influencer, resilient and organised in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Set marketplace and pureplay strategy, identify and negotiate new partnerships, build business cases for growth
• Own P&L and joint business plans for key partners; optimise assortment, pricing and promotions
• Elevate online brand presence through best-in-class content and activation in collaboration with eCommerce, Omnichannel and Marketing
• Use data and dashboards to uncover opportunities, test ideas and feed insights into broader strategy
