CVUK Group, a leading premium beauty and lifestyle distributor, is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive online marketplace performance across the UK and international markets. You will own day-to-day trading across Amazon and other marketplaces, and shape strategies to grow revenue and margin.

As part of a growing ecommerce team you will manage listings, optimise content and advertising, plan promotions and launches, forecast stock and coordinate partner relationships to maximise

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketplace management or ecommerce trading experience.
• Experience with beauty, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Proven ability to use data to drive profitable growth.
• Experience with marketplace advertising and listing optimization.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day trading and commercial performance across Amazon and other key online marketplaces.
• Develop and execute marketplace trading strategies to drive revenue, margin and profitability.
• Manage product listings, marketplace SEO and content optimisation to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and manage the marketplace trading calendar, including promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Own marketplace advertising, managing budgets and optimising ROAS and TACoS.
• Work with internal teams on stock forecasting, replenishment and fulfilment, including Amazon FBA.
• Manage pricing, promotions and brand consistency across marketplace channels.
• Build relationships with retail partners, marketplace account managers and external agencies.
• Monitor performance using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and marketplace analytics.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and international markets.
