Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team at the Hillington Head Office in Glasgow. You’ll promote 250,000+ products across ecommerce marketplaces and branches, driving conversion and customer experience with data-driven decisions and omni‑channel strategies.

You’ll work with designers, developers and copywriters to plan, implement and analyse marketing activity, including SEO, email campaigns and PPC, while managing budgets and timelines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced ecommerce/digital environment.
• Experience working on Shopify or similar ecommerce platform is essential.
• Experience creating direct marketing strategies, including designed, plain text and automation.
• Product knowledge within an aftermarket parts environment is desirable.
• Experience in both retail and B2B marketing.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and budget management skills.
• Able to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and prioritise work for value.
• Hands-on experience with email, paid advertising and social campaigns.
• Curious, collaborative and able to learn quickly in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and analyse all marketing activity for stakeholders.
• Promote over 250,000 products across ecommerce marketplaces and branches.
• Improve customer experience to maximise conversion and retention.
• Develop and implement an omni-channel digital marketing strategy.
• Monitor ROI and analyse trends using Google, Shopify and eBay Analytics.
• Write SEO-optimised copy and create engaging email campaigns and landing pages.
• Create and manage social media PPC campaigns with in-house specialists.
• Test campaigns, report results and optimise for better performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and copywriters to deliver results.
