Job summary

VanRath in Belfast is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to shape its online strategy, grow revenue and deliver a superior customer experience.

This hands-on role combines eCommerce management, digital marketing, website optimisation and product development to drive online performance across the company's brands.

You will work closely with creative, technical and commercial teams to implement campaigns, optimise landing pages, and measure ROI using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or a related field.
• Around 2 years' experience in an eCommerce and digital marketing role.
• Experience with digital marketing automation software.
• Experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of website publishing and CMS platforms.
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and relevant optimisation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the technical confidence to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the eCommerce and digital marketing strategy across the business's online brands.
• Manage website content, landing pages, promotions and online merchandising through the CMS.
• Influence the eCommerce product portfolio and commercial proposition using data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximise online revenue and customer acquisition.
• Ensure websites remain technically sound, mobile responsive, user-friendly and SEO compliant.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, page speed and customer usability.
• Develop and execute digital promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
• Shape online content and the overall customer experience and UX journey.
• Track digital marketing performance and provide actionable commercial insights.
• Produce and interpret digital marketing reports to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and maximise return on investment.
• Create engaging blogs, website content and other digital assets.
• Manage organic social media channels across the company's brands.
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement while building relationships with customers, prospects and industry partners.
• Work collaboratively across the wider business to support brand growth and digital product development.
