Zoeva is seeking a passionate and data-driven Ecommerce Manager to collaborate with our marketing and cross-functional teams to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention while ensuring our digital presence aligns with our brand values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and website performance.
- Monitor eCommerce performance, leveraging insights across DTC and B2B sales, engagement metrics, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website conversion rates and optimise digital campaigns for maximum impact.
- Partner with the marketing, product development, and regional teams to optimise and deliver seamless cross-channel customer experiences.
- Build and guide a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering professional development and setting team goals.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to establish, track, and review KPIs for the eCommerce function.
Customer Experience & Optimisation:
- Oversee continuous improvements to user experience (UX) on ZOEVA’s eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align website content with brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers, including development teams, search partners, and CRM and affiliate marketing vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, ideally within a DTC or beauty brand.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable strategies.
- Expertise in UX optimisation, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, affiliate marketing, and SEO best practices.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
- Strong understanding of the UK and EU cosmetics landscape, consumer behaviour, and beauty trends.
- Shopify, CRM, Affiliate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, creative ideas to drive conversion and retention
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments, including marketing, social media, and product.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
