London (hybrid)

Up to £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role
  1. Develop and lead the CRO strategy, leveraging data to enhance website performance and increase conversions.
  2. Manage multiple regional Shopify stores, ensuring that content, products, and promotions remain up to date and aligned with business goals.
  3. Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify and implement areas for improvement.
  4. Oversee website translations for the EU and international markets, optimising conversion rates across different languages.
  5. Plan and execute seasonal promotions and homepage updates, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
  6. Track, analyse, and report on website performance, A/B test outcomes, and the impact of optimizations on revenue.
About You
  1. Extensive experience working with Shopify, managing and optimising the online stores.
  2. Strong background in A/B testing, and conversion tracking tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  3. Knowledge of SEO, site speed optimisation, and international operations to enhance global user experience.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement strategic optimizations.
  5. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable improvements.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with designers, developers, and external partners.
